Zero balancing

Zero balancing (affectionately known as ‘ZeeBee”) is
the true bridging of Eastern and Western
philosophy’s. Developed out of Osteopathy,
Acupuncture and other eastern disciplines, (but uses
no manipulation or needles!), ZB is the art and skill of
balancing Body Energy with Body Structure.
A core principle of ZB is that bone, being the
densest part of the body, stores energies, ranging
from trauma’s to emotional issues. By applying a
series of balance points to bone, ZB gently reminds
the body that it can, if it so chooses, release these
stored energy’s, encouraging a clearer flow of
energy, bringing about a clarity to the whole body on
all levels.
No claims are made about what conditions ZB may
work with, as it recognises that we are all individual
and each person will respond in a completely
different way.

Craniosacral Therapy, also for Children and Babies
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and effective therapy that releases shock and trauma from the body, reconnecting the patient to their life force.

Hypnotherapy

What is ‘Hypnotherapy’? - Hypnotherapy is a very gentle way of changing the pictures of the past hanging in your mind. During a session you are aware of everything around you and you continue to hear my voice. You can at any time stop the session and open your eyes. It feels like a very lovely state of relaxation, which into todays stressful lifestyle we often do not allow ourselves. So that alone is beneficial. As you are in the gentle trusting and relaxed state, the subconscious mind may be accessed and using ‘suggestive’ hypnotherapy, overlaid with positive thoughts and suggestions, supporting you to achieve your personal best and feeling good about yourself.
Benefits of Hypnotherapy - Our lives are governed by what we think and how we think about ourselves. This may have been brought about by our life experiences and how we have interpreted them in our minds and use in everyday life. Some of these thoughts and actions may not be assisting us to feel positive about ourselves and the world around us and we would like to change them. Hypnotherapy can positively support that change. Change has to take place in our subconscious which is like a huge filing cabinet of our life. It stores all automatic actions and reactions to everything we do. So Hypnotherapy assists in bringing about the change you have chosen in a positive and powerful way.

Applied Kinesiology

What is ‘Applied Kinesiology’? Applied Kinesiology is a technique that uses muscle responses to find the ‘current’ function of organs and systems within the body. The concept is that every part of the body will respond by weakening a muscle if there is an issue with that particular body part. Kinesiology, or the body movement, works not only the physical body parts but its mental, nutritional, and emotional aspects also. Originally developed by Chiropractors as a further diagnostic tool, Kinesiology can be used to have a dialogue with the body to ascertain its current health status. Since its development in the 1960’s, Kinesiology is now recognised as a complimentary technique that can help with many conditions. By using pressure points that relate to the organs and systems of the body, each ‘part’ can be assessed for its current state.
Benefits of a Kinesiology - Because kinesiology ‘bypasses’ the brain so to speak, the body can give information about its current state of health without the need for blood test or surgery, therefore it is truly ‘non invasive’. It can help to find the current state of organs and tell wether they may need some support, wether that is through nutritional needs or the use of, for example, herbs, vitamin support or omeopathic support. Kinesiology is not a substitute for the Medical profession, more to compliment it.
