Laughter Yoga works

Laughter Yoga works on the premise that anyone can laugh for no reason.
You don’t need jokes, comedy or a sense of humour.
Laughter Yoga is about people getting together in groups and applying through exercise playfulness and fun, whilst making eye contact, which soon can become infectious and create genuine laughter.
It is a Scientific fact that the body does not know the difference between fake laughter and the real thing.
So Laughter Yoga combines Yogic breathing (Pranayama)and laughter exercises which oxygenate the body and brain and may help to make you feel energised and relaxed.
