What is ‘Holistic Massage’?
Unlike a standard massage that often follows a set routine, focussed purely on the physical body, a Holistic Massage is an individual treatment specifically tailored to your needs at that time. A Holistic approach treats the body as a whole, taking account of your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being as well as your physical.
Holistic Massage is a nurturing process of touch and response. Treatments are adapted to each clients unique needs, physical characteristics and personality. The practitioner works ‘with’ the whole you rather than treating you as just a ‘body’.

Sessions are of a length that suits your needs, but normally about an hour. Please allow extra time for the first session as we need to spend more time building a picture of your ‘whole body’ before negotiating what is your appropriate need.
